Calculator inputs, company details, customer details and uploaded logos are processed in your browser. These tools do not send them to RQM Books or an external calculation service. They are not saved to a database, browser storage or your account. Refreshing or closing this page clears the form.

Documents and logos

Logo files are decoded and resized locally. Downloads are saved on your device; you control where you store or share them. Your browser and device may retain download history or files. Avoid using shared devices for confidential documents.

Analytics and hosting

Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, tool use, PDF generation, print opening and demo clicks, and may process connection information and analytics cookies. It does not receive calculator values, salaries, company/customer details, document contents or logos. Automatic form measurement and advertising features are disabled. Your analytics choice is saved locally; use Cookie settings to decline or withdraw consent. Withdrawing stops further measurement and removes this site’s analytics cookies. The hosting platform may process routine connection and security information.
