At AED 3,000.00 monthly basic salary, three complete eligible years give 3,000 ÷ 30 × 21 × 3 = AED 6,300.00.
At least one eligible year is required. Use 21 days of basic pay per year for the first five years, then 30 days per year, with a ceiling of two years of basic pay.
